The Department of Labor: “The number of Americans seeking unemployment benefits fell 2,000 last week to a seasonally adjusted 326,000, a sign that layoffs are weighing less on the job market and economic growth.”

That represents a mere .6 percent improvement. “But,” started a flabbergasted Herman Cain “that is a sign that layoffs are weighing less on the job market.”

He continues: “No it’s not. That’s statistically no change at all. And at the end of last year 4.7 million people collected benefits. But they want to create the perception that the job market is getting better.”
