A Florida State University all-female a cappella group recently performed a cover of Lorde’s “Royals” during a session at the Vocal Company’s acapellaEd program.

The 18-member group, called the “AcaBelles” and founded in 2000, boasts numerous national and regional championships. They’ve also released their own album, titled “Seamless,” which won an award for best female collegiate arrangement, according to the AcaBelles website.

Their interests as listed on Facebook are “Singing a cappella-like and wearing hot pink.”

AcapellaEd is a project of the nationwide Vocal Company and offers free of charge performance workshops, seminars and master classes in a cappella, according to its website.

“These girls are absolutely amazing! This has blown me away, I have listened to it 9 times in a row. About to be 10. I really don’t know how they get these sounds without any instruments,” commented Darren Seward on the YouTube video Thursday via Google +.
