Aloha! It looks like Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani are bringing the islands of Hawaii to the state of Oklahoma with one big investment.

The country music star recently went in on a tropical-themed lake house built near his Tishomingo ranch. And yes, our jaws are totally dropping over this newly minted mansion.

Just check out the aerial shot above! The video taken by folks from KXII captures a pearly white estate accompanied by three tiki huts, a ginormous pool and plenty of palm trees for any paradise lover.

“It’s a beautiful place,” local resident Jerry Lawley tells KXII about the property, “and has a beautiful view of Lake Texoma.”

In an earlier report, Rare Country revealed that Shefani spent Labor Day weekend lounging around in matching Luau-inspired T-shirts. Perhaps they were relaxing at this new pad. Either way, they’ve definitely gotten comfortable being in each other’s lives.

Now that Blake and Gwen are coming up on a year, rumors have swirled that they’ll be getting hitched soon. While there is no word on if or when that will happen, the new lakefront home is one more reason for people to speculate. In fact, some Tishomingo residents are already convinced that Blake made the splurge as an early wedding gift for his rock star girlfriend.

“That’s pretty cool, to build a house for your fiancé,” said resident Kim Jones. “We hope Gwen likes it here in Oklahoma as much as we all do. It’s a pretty nice place to live.”

Blake and Gwen will reach their one-year relationship anniversary in November.
