After Meryl Streep called out President-elect Donald Trump during her Golden Globes acceptance speech on Sunday night, Trump decided to take shots of his own at the actress, despite claiming he didn’t actually see any of her speech.

According to PEOPLE, Trump told The New York Times over the phone that he was “not surprised” that the “liberal movie people” attacked him on Sunday. He also reportedly called Streep a “Hillary lover.”

Streep did not mention Trump by name during her acceptance speech for the Cecil B. DeMille Award, instead calling him “the person asking to sit in the most respected seat in our country.”

Most of her speech addressed his imitation of a disabled reporter during a rally.

“It kind of broke my heart, and I saw it, and I still can’t get it out of my head because it wasn’t in a movie,” Streep said. “It was real life. And this instinct to humiliate when it’s modeled by someone in the public platform by someone powerful, it filters down into everybody’s life because it kind of gives permission for other people to do the same thing.”
