As Faith Hill was recovering from the recent surgery on her foot, we guess the country superstar thought it might be time to do something unexpected.

So, she did.

“Happy Saturday,” Faith wrote on her Facebook page above a link to the special song. “Thought I would share another track today. Here’s ‘Boy,’ one of my favorites because it reminds me of my man. My one and only. Hope you like it too.”

We do, thank you very much.

The song is from Faith’s new album “Deep Tracks,” which is a compilation of some of Faith’s most deserving songs that were never released as so called singles. And in a press release about the new LP, Faith says that “Boy” was one of the last tracks Faith cut for her album label and obviously a song that has special meaning for one of country music’s favorite couple.

And of course, the LP is sure to be the perfect way to help her fans get through the long cold winter as they wait for Faith to join husband Tim on the Soul2Soul The World Tour 2017, which will begin on April 7, 2017, in New Orleans and ends in Brooklyn in October.
