Donald Trump’s 2005 recorded conversation with Billy Bush while he was on a tour bus have been the subject of much discussion over the past few weeks. Most of the opprobrium has covered Trump’s apparent disregard for sexual consent and his campaign’s general refusal to admit that to “grab [women] by the pussy” out of the blue constitutes assault.
Now that several women have come forward with stories of Trump’s sexual misconduct and prompted responses from the campaign, this scandal appears to be the straw to finally break the back of the Trump campaign. Since it’s become such a pivotal moment, the creators of “Family Guy” couldn’t help but imagine a world in which Peter Griffin was present while Trump was talking to Billy Bush a decade ago. Then they simply added Peter’s voice (Seth MacFarlane) to the video.
Peter begins by requesting some “locker room talk,” but he quickly gets more than he bargained for. Peter’s a bit of a dunce, so he doesn’t seem to see the larger problems with Trump’s words, but he does have a problem with the billionaire’s use of Tic-Tacs, which he calls “the cheapest breath mint.”
Peter always addresses the important issues.
