When you hear the name of Garth Brooks’ new single, “Baby, Let’s Lay Down and Dance,” a couple of things happen. First, your mind may go somewhere naughty. Second, it’s literally impossible to keep still with that toe-tapping beat, groovy guitar riffs and all-over fun feel.

And, we aren’t the only ones by any stretch! Fans have been sharing videos of themselves, their children and even their dogs and toys shaking it to the new Garth tune. In fact, after talk show host Ellen DeGeneres tweeted, “Garth Brooks has a new song, ‘Baby, Let’s Lay Down and Dance.’ Seems like an awkward way to dance. I’ll ask him what he means next week,” the country star challenged fans to submit their best videos of grooving to the music for him to share on the show, which he will appear on on Friday, Oct. 21.

Even before the country music superstar made the request, his loyal followers were sharing hilarious videos of bopping to the beat. Even Garth is noticing and commenting, and so are we!

Making those videos is going to get a little easier now that Garth is allowing Amazon to stream his music! Many of you may not realize that the country icon has never made his music available on streaming services such as Spotify, Pandora or iTunes. On Oct. 19, he shared the big news that fans can now stream his music on Amazon Music Limited, which is a subscriber-based music service. Amazon has rights to stream the new single, Garth’s double greatest hits project and a double-live album, and are said to be adding more in the future.

Garth has always maintained the reason he doesn’t sell music on iTunes is because his albums were made as complete projects, not as singles. He has also said that he was waiting for the right partner to come along. Congratulations, Amazon and Garth!
