Chip and Joanna Gaines, stars of HGTV’s hugely popular “Fixer Upper,” are conquering the world, one enterprise at a time.
Between Joanna’s impeccable taste and their unique dynamic as a couple, the Gaineses are a force to be reckoned with.
This week, the couple headed to New York and “TODAY” to promote their new book, “The Magnolia Story.” While they were there, the couple did a Facebook Live Q & A, and it just proved that these two are just as lovable and down-to-earth as we hoped they would be.
During the Q & A, the couple answered everything from questions about popcorn ceilings to style to family and everything in-between.
Our favorite question was when a fan asked how the couple stayed grounded.
Joanna responded that it was doing the “everyday simple things that we loved before all this. So for Chip, he loved being on the land with the animals, he loved being with the kids.”
Chip chimed in, “It’s hard to be pompous when you’re out feeding goats.”
We can’t argue with that, Chip.
