Summertime may be far away in our rear view mirror at this point, but somehow this Jason Aldean performance is warming us right up.

As part of the Opry Goes Pink event on Oct. 25, Jason graced the stage wearing pink and singing his single “A Little More Summertime,” and he melted us all. Recently debuting on the Grand Ole Opry YouTube channel, the performance was a centerpiece of the night, which celebrated the grand total of more than $3.3 million being raised for the fight against breast cancer, thanks to Jason’s efforts.

“It was a pretty full-circle moment for me to be able to bring this show back to Nashville where it got started as we go over the $3 million mark,” said Jason in a press release about the October event. “I could see a lot of family and friends out in the audience this year, which is a big reminder that we still have to keep fighting this disease.”

“Through the generosity of Jason Aldean and his devoted fans, we have the opportunity to increase our support for critical breast cancer research along with education, screening and treatment programs for millions of women, men and families in Nashville and all over the world,” says Dr. Judy Salerno, President & CEO of Susan G. Komen. “His commitment to this cause has been unwavering and through his support, we’re one step closer to our vision of a world without breast cancer.”

And we certainly say amen to that.
