Former “Fashion Police” host Kelly Osbourne stopped by “The View” on Tuesday when the topic of Donald Trump’s recent comments about Latinos came up.

Osbourne tried to defend Latinos from the Republican presidential nominee’s comments, but wound up seriously offending many of them instead with an insensitive remark about the role immigrants play in this country.

“If you kick every Latino out of this country, then who is going to be cleaning your toilet, Donald Trump?” asked Osbourne.

“The View” co-host Rosie Perez jumped in and quickly stated, “There’s more jobs than that in the country for Latinos, and Latinos are not the only people who clean toilets.”

Twitter wasted no time creating an appropriate hashtag for the conversation surrounding the controversial remark, #QueridaKellyOsbourne (Dear Kelly Osbourne). Plenty of people voiced their opinions on the matter and shared their personal stories of struggle growing up as immigrants in the U.S.

Osbourne has since apologized for the remark on her Facebook page, admitting that she “whole-hearted fucked up today.” But based on the comments pouring in to the post, those she offended aren’t accepting that apology quite yet.
