CJ’s — a hot dog restaurant in McDonough, Georgia — was cited last Friday by a code enforcement officer for flying flags above the restaurant as to honor the military. In this clip, Herman Cain explains why the city administrator did the right thing by allowing the restaurant to keep the flags flown above the restaurant.
