On Sept. 16, ahead of the upcoming season of NBC’s “The Voice,” music sensation Miley Cyrus was the special guest on the “Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.”

Aside from playing a game of “Telephone Booth” and covering Bob Dylan’s classic, “Baby, I’m in the Mood For You,” the 23-year-old hotshot opened up about the reality singing competition show that everybody’s been waiting for.

Fans probably already know about the silly bromance between fellow coaches Blake Shelton and Adam Levine. But, according to Miley, what we see when the cameras are rolling is only a fraction of what actually goes on behind the scenes.

“They’re actually insane,” explained Miley about her male colleagues, “how much we hear is way too much.”

She continued, “It never stops even when the cameras are off. It’s real. I always thought that it was kind of like this little thing they do on camera. No, it’s all day. All day.”

Miley went on to say that off set Adam enjoys singing Blake’s song “Honey Bee” in the form of a parody, changing the word “Bee” to “Mustard.” In return, she says, Blake pokes fun at Adam’s suits and calls him an Uber driver.

Although Miley may witness all of Blake and Adam’s unmatched chemistry, she does have a pal of her own — incoming coach and Grammy-winning artist, Alicia Keys. But, Miley wants fans to know that she’s not out to pit boys against girls.

“It was really important for me for this not to become a girls versus boys show, because that’s against everything I stand for,” said Miley. “It’s not me and Alicia versus Blake and Adam.”

Be sure to catch the season 11 premiere of “The Voice” at 8/7 p.m. CT on Monday, Sept. 19 on NBC.
