Neal Boortz is a fan of the rule of law and understands the purpose of lawyers defending the indefensible.

Hillary Clinton’s defense of a child rapist back in the early 80’s surfaced in the news this week. Even the most despicable have a right to due process.

“Government has one power that you do not: The government can use deadly force … but to do that the government must accuse you of a crime and then convince a jury of your peers that you did in fact commit that crime,” Boortz said.

“Who stands between us and the government when it comes to this situation? The criminal defense attorney,” he added. “In this regard, Hillary Clinton was protecting the Constitution.”
