People can’t get over George Bush using a poncho during Trump’s inauguration

The Friday of Trump’s inauguration proved to be a wet and dreary day, weather-wise.

While Melania Trump had an umbrella over her head as rain started to fall down, former President George W. Bush chose a different course of action: he used a good, old fashioned plastic poncho.

Even better, though, he didn’t quite wear it properly, and instead chose to just put the whole thing over his head, rather than put his arm through the arm holes.

Naturally, this launched some wonderful memes.
