According to Page Six, the longtime Trump supporter was verbally attacked by protesters as he was arriving at the Liberty Ball with Fox Business star Charlie Gasparino.

Sources claim that the protester “called Scott a fucking fascist and lunged at him” before Gasparino pushed him away.

Baio was later approached by another group of protesters when they were trying to make their way into the Freedom Ball “and they had to be extracted by police.”

Reps for Baio have not commented on the alleged incidents.

This is not the first time that Baio has been attacked for his political beliefs. In 2016, the wife of Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer Chad Smith allegedly attacked Baio at an elementary school function.

Nancy Mack allegedly attacked the actor by grabbing his arms, shaking and pushing him and called President Trump a “racist.”
