“That’s the problem in government today — people are not held to account,” Florida Sen. Bill Nelson said Wednesday, stating “someone ought to get fired” over the disastrous debut of the Affordable Care Act‘s enrollment website.
From The Hill:
Sen. Bill Nelson (D-Fla.) said Wednesday that problems with the healthcare exchange website are “inexcusable” and that “someone ought to get fired.”
HealthCare.gov launched on Oct. 1 and has been plagued with “glitches” ever since. Obama announced earlier this week that his administration was trying to fix the problems, saying no one was “madder” than him that the website wasn’t working properly.
