Shannen Doherty is coming into 2017 fighting!

The “Beverly Hills 90210” actress is ready to kick some butt in her battle against breast cancer as she gears up for her first radiation session of 2017.
On Tuesday, she shared a sweet look into some down time with her mother before she tackles the upcoming treatment.
“2017…. @themamarosa and I watched La La Land. What a fantastic, magical journey it took us on. Great night. Love my mom!! Now to sleep and back at radiation. #stillslayingcancerin2017,” she wrote.
Doherty has been open about her cancer journey since announcing her diagnosis to fans. She has shared nearly ever heartbreaking moment, from her treatments and hospitalizations, to shaving her head before starting chemotherapy.
While she admits every day isn’t her best day, Doherty claims that dancing and moving her body has been the best treatment of all.
Just before the holidays, Doherty shared a personal look at what keeps her going through the battle.
“To combat my grumpiness and fatigue from #radiation , I #MOVE. Sometimes it’s not graceful but it’s always healing both physically and mentally. It’s so easy to get depressed in the battle against cancer but everyday I wake up and remind myself to be happy to be alive, relatively healthy and able to move. I’m so thankful for this life I have,” she wrote.
