You will need:

• 2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
• ¾ cup milk
• ¼ cup pickle juice
• 1 egg
• 1¼ cups flour
• 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 1 teaspoon pepper
• ½ cup peanut oil, divided (you can also use vegetable oil)
