“President Obama has already signed 14 laws to amend, rescind, otherwise change parts of his healthcare law,” talk radio host Herman Cain said on his program Thursday.
“This is why the whole thing needs to be delayed,” he added.
Citing a CNN poll, Cain notes that support for the law has dropped to new lows.
“Just 39 percent of people… said that they have a favorable view of all the parts of the health care law,” he said.
