The Bureau of Labor Statistics is saying that the number of people applying for unemployment benefits dropped last week by 20,000, bringing the current total to 331,000.
The bureau says that this indicative of less layoffs and better job prospects.
“It’s all relative,” says Herman Cain “because we all know they’ve jimmied the numbers.”
