Andre Stockett and Kathryn Said were traveling with their two-week-old baby when they were stopped by police in Sandusky, Ohio after Said’s license plates allegedly indicated that she had an expired license.

After Said handed the officer a valid Michigan ID, the cop suspected that Stockett was actually Jeremy Newell, a man wanted on felony warrants.

The couple strongly contested the officers charges and were eventually arrested on obstruction charges. They plan on fighting the matter in court.
