One of the good things about this time of year for a country star is that very few artists are on tour yet. Not being out on the road gives you a chance to hang out with your buddies and do the things you want.

Luke Bryan and Jason Aldean are two guys you pretty much expect to be friends. They’re both musicians and both Georgia boys. You know, birds of a feather and that sort of thing. But in addition to being musicians, these two are big hunters, and they’ve got a lot of non-musical buddies who share their passion for hunting.

Bryan and Aldean left their guitars at home as they headed out to the Archery Trade Association event in Louisville, Ky., to hang out with their fellow Buck Commander teammates — “Duck Dynasty” star Willie Robertson, Adam LaRoche of the Chicago White Sox, and former MLB players Tombo Martin and Ryan Langerhans. Aldean thanked fans for coming out to the event in a photo posted to Instagram.

Given the eagle eye Bryan and Aldean have for hits and the timing the others needed to make it to the major leagues, the chances of any bucks getting away from these guys are probably slim to none!
