Anything can happen on live TV,  and an ABC 7 Chicago anchor definitely proved it.

Watch hilarious footage of anchor Terrell Brown holding a large snake during a lizards and snake segment and screaming like a baby as the snake slowly makes its way closer and closer to his face.

“Not this way,” Brown tells the snake.

Meanwhile, his co-anchor continues to tell viewers about the North American Reptile Breeders Conference while laughing and talking louder as Brown keeps screaming in his high-pitched tone.

Brown posted the video to his Facebook page with the caption, “ALREADY KNEW THIS WOULDN’T END WELL…”

“Hilarious! Terrell you lost the ability to even form words as it got closer to your face. And your voice went into Mariah Carey range…thank you for the laugh!” one commenter wrote on his page.

We bet he’s not picking up another snake for a long, long time!
