Olivia Culpo was born May 8, 1992, in Cranston, Rhode Island. She is the middle child of five and has older and younger brothers and sisters and her father is a restauranteur. Olivia was trained to play the cello since the 2nd grade and has an impressive resume of participating in big orchestras. Some of the orchestras she has played with include Rhode Island Philharmonic Youth Orchestra and Rhode Island All-State Orchestra.
Olivia certainly lucked out as far as genetics go and was blessed with physical beauty on top of her musical talent. She was a rising beauty queen by age 19 and went on to win the Miss USA pageant right after her 20th birthday. That same year, Olivia was crowned the winner of the 61st Miss Universe pageant.

Christian McCaffrey’s Career
Christian McCaffrey was born June 7, 1996, making him about 4 years younger than his lady. He was born in Castle Rock, Colorado, to two professional athlete parents. His mom, Lisa McCaffrey, was a soccer star at Stanford and his father, was a wide receiver at Stanford and then for the NFL. His maternal grandfather, Dave Sime, was a silver medalist in the 100-meter dash during the 1960 Rome Summer Olympics. Clearly, Christian McCaffrey was blessed with some good genes in the athletic department.
Christian played basketball, football, and raced in track & field while in high school. Christian was gifted with remarkable speed and agility, placing in the top 10 at Colorado State track & field championships. By his senior year of high school, he committed to Stanford’s football team, becoming the third person in his family to participate in the university’s collegiate sports teams.
After an impressive run with the Stanford Cardinals, Christian McCaffrey was invited to the 2017 NFL draft. He was drafted by the North Carolina Panthers that same year. Ironically, his first NFL game was against the 49ers and the Panthers won 23-3. After a little over 5 seasons with the Panthers, Christian was traded to the 49ers in October 2022. He made his 49ers debut that same month, less than 72 hours after he was traded.
Olivia Culpo and Christian McCaffrey’s Relationship
Dating rumors of Olivia Culpo and Christian McCaffrey first circulated after they were spotted together in Cabo San Lucas and July 2019. Paparazzi caught snaps of them holding hands. They were in Mexico with two of Olivia Culpo’s close friends, model Kristen Louelle and her husband, Tyler Gaffney. Tyler, like Christian, is an athlete. He formerly played for the NFL and the MLB.
According to People, a representative for Culpo did not confirm or deny her relationship status at the time.
However, later that year, Olivia Culpo started attending Panthers games as Christian’s biggest fan. Simultaneously, Christian was publicly praising Olivia for her own endeavors, such as a photo shoot with Sports Illustrated. By December 2019, Olivia told People that they were official and she was “grateful” for Christian coming into her life.

The two have been going strong ever since becoming a couple. When Christian McCaffrey was officially traded to the 49ers, Olivia posted an excited and endearing message to Instagram about the change.
“I’m so proud of you Christian! Seeing your light shine is one of my favorite things in life and I’m beyond excited and grateful for this next chapter in Cali, the place I’ve called home for the last 8 years. Niners Nation, let’s go!” Olivia wrote.
She also gave a shout-out to the American Airlines flight attendants whom she’d become acquainted with over the years while flying out of the East Coast.
Christian McCaffrey usually delegates his Instagram photos to NFL-related business, but he has also been known to dote on his love and post the occasional steamy photo. This past June, he called her his best friend and reminisced on how time was flying.
“Hard to believe it’s been 3 years with my best friend. I’m not sure if it was the first time I heard you play the cello (3rd slide), or the first time I saw you hit the heavy bag (5th slide), when I knew I loved you.
