Before he died, Robin Williams sent one last tweet which was a beautiful tribute to his daughter

Eleven days before he passed away in August 2014, Robin Williams sent out out what would be his final tweet.

The July 31st message was a birthday greeting to his only daughter Zelda, a young actress who was turning 25-years-old.

“#tbt and Happy Birthday to Ms. Zelda Rae Williams! Quarter of a century old today but always my baby girl,” Williams wrote.

In the wake of the anniversary of her father’s passing, Williams chose to take a break from social media, hoping that if anyone sends messages about her father, that they are filled with kindness.

“In my absence, I understand there will be those who wish to leave messages regarding Dad on my board, but please attempt to be respectful and kind to one another in the process,” Williams wrote.

“I will not be here to delete or mediate trolling, and because kindness is in short supply these days anyhow ? Thanks guys. Buh-bye now! ❤”
