Just months after her husband, René Angélil, passed away, Céline Dion made the decision to lower the price of their beloved Florida vacation home.

The gorgeous property in Jupiter, Fla., doubles as a home and water park. It was first listed on the market in 2013 for the cool price of $75 million, after Angélil was diagnosed with cancer . In an effort to get rid of the property quickly, Dion reduced the price to $45.5 million.

Dion and her children, René-Charles, 15, and twins Eddy and Nelson, 5, will reside in Las Vegas, where she has a residence. She and Angélil purchased the home in 2010.

The property sits on 5.5 acres of land and features a main house with five bedrooms, five bathrooms, an elevator, a media room and two guest houses, each with four bedrooms. The home also includes three pools, a water park with a lazy river, and a tennis court.
