In a recent selfie posted to Instagram, Kim Kardashian appeared much thinner than audiences are used to seeing. At first glance, it seemed like Kardashian lost an unhealthy amount of weight, but further inspection shows that she’s wearing what is, essentially, a glorified corset.
Kardashian is seen in a “waist shaper,” a device that’ll cost you around $100 and aims to constrict your waist into a new figure. Just like ladies did in eras gone by.
According to the What’s a Waist website, “waist training is a gradual process of waist reduction using our corset.”
