For the last year, John Goodman has wowed his fans time and again by showing off his dramatic weight loss.
Every few months, Goodman is photographed, and fans marvel at the more than 100 pound loss that he has experienced since committing to a new workout regime following years of unhealthy living.
Over the last 10 years, Goodman has significantly cut back his drinking and has enlisted the help of a personal trainer to help get him over the final hurdle.
According to Goodman’s trainer Mackie Shilstone, Goodman got very serious about his training in the last year and works out six days a week, primarily on the treadmill and elliptical machines.
“This didn’t happen overnight — it’s been an ongoing process,” Shilstone recently told the New York Post.
