Many may recall that on Feb. 5, the country singer’s 8-year-old daughter, Maddie, was injured in an ATV accident. The incident, which reportedly left the child in critical, but stable condition, kept Maddie in the hospital for five days, according to PEOPLE.

Now that Maddie has returned home, Jamie Lynn is turning to the Bible for strength.
On Feb. 11, the famous mother took to Instagram to share a photo of a page from the Bible that has brought even more meaning to her in the last couple of weeks. The image includes four passages from scripture 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18, Romans 12:12, Ephesians 1:7-8 and Psalm 143:8.
The first paragraph begins with, “Be Joyful Always; pray continually.”

It continues, “The way to rejoice at all times is to find moment-by-moment pleasure in your relationship with Me — the Lover of your soul. This relationship is so full of comfort and encouragement that it’s possible to be joyful in hope even when you’re in the midst of adversity.”
The verses go on to explain how important “giving thanks” is in every situation — whether good or bad.
Following Jamie Lynn’s post, Maddie’s grandmother, Lynne, also took to Instagram to share her gratitude for all of the prayers that they received.
Alongside a pic of her and Maddie, Lynne captioned, “I really don’t know how to express my heartfelt thanks to all of you who have prayed continuous prayers for Maddie at this very difficult time! Thank you, God bless you and I know that the huge outflow of Prayers created this miracle and has humbled my family and I! Maddie is doing great and getting better everyday!!”

Jamie Lynn and ex-Casey Aldridge welcomed Maddie into the world in 2008. Maddie is also niece to pop star Britney Spears and stepdaughter to Jamie Lynn’s husband, Jamie Watson.
