George Clooney and Julia Roberts are starring in a new movie together, and to the surprise of no one, it’s a romantic comedy.

Ticket to Paradise pairs the two A-listers as exes who are attending their daughter’s wedding. Needless to say, things get messy — though, we assume, the characters played by Clooney and Roberts end up revisiting their romance.
In fact, Clooney admitted they came together for at least one scene.
“We kiss in this,” he told the New York Times. “But I don’t want give the whole shop away.”
Roberts was a bit more descriptive, although she too avoided giving away the plot.
“One kiss. And we did it for, like, six months,” Roberts said.

Clooney added he had a little explaining to do at home after shooting the scene. “Yeah. I told my wife, ‘It took 80 takes.’ She was like, ‘What the hell?’”
Roberts jokingly added, “It took 79 takes of us laughing and then the one take of us kissing.”
Another scene in the romantic comedy shows them each dancing to the song Gonna Make You Sweat (Everybody Dance Now), and it appears they had every bit as much fun with that scene.
“People always want to choreograph it, but you can’t put steps to it. You have to just open the box and let the magic fly,” Roberts said.
Of course, this wasn’t the first time either has to kiss and dance as part of their roles.
“I remember early on in my career, I had to do a kissing scene with this girl and the director goes, ‘Not like that.’ And I was like, ‘Dude, that’s my move! That’s what I do in real life!’ Clooney said.
“It was sort of that same way here, because everyone had plans for how we should dance, and then we were like, ‘Well, actually we’ve got some really bad dance moves in real life.’ Julia and I have done all those moves before, that’s the sickest part.”
Ticket to Paradise is due to hit theaters on Oct. 21.
