We can’t get enough of this Bailey’s hot chocolate that’s made in a slow cooker

Is there anything that can’t be made in a slow cooker?

We already knew pizza and cookies can bake in our all-time favorite appliance. But this boozy hot chocolate recipe from The Magical Slow Cooker is definitely our new favorite, and we’ll be drinking it all winter long.

Homemade dishes always taste better, and hot chocolate is no exception. This version calls for some Bailey’s Irish Cream, which improves it tremendously, as far as we’re concerned.

You will need:

• 8 ounces semisweet chocolate baking squares
• ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• ½ cup sugar
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 6 cups whole milk
• 1 cup Bailey’s Irish Cream
