Ali was in a car crash in Florida, according to The Sun. The police have not yet released any more details, such as where in Florida it occurred. It’s unknown if there were any other passengers, injuries, or fatalities, or if Ali was the one driving.

Ali was a full-time college student, sales rep for an employment company, and employee at a Hooters restaurant in Georgia.

She went viral on TikTok in January of 2021 after posting a controversial video about the tips she was receiving at Hooters. She itemized each table, describing the patrons and how much they left. Tips ranged from a $300 Venmo deposit to $5. From one 4-hour day shift, she racked in $521. As could be expected, Ali was grilled online for complaining and being “ungrateful.” But she also became TikTok famous.

Since then, Ali amassed nearly 1 million followers on TikTok and over 93k on Instagram. Her Linktree shows that she was active on Twitch, Snapchat, YouTube, Fanfix, and had a store on Amazon. Ali would often dress up in sexy outfits including costumes and raver outfits and pose for photos or make high-energy dance videos. She was also featured in a music video by Ike Rhein.

Fellow Hooters influencer Laine Farrell, who often was featured in social media posts alongside Ali, posted a tribute to Ali.

A member of Ali Dulin’s family also used her Instagram to post a photo of her on Tuesday. They asked the public to stop spreading rumors and said the police is investigating the crash.

“This is alidspicexo around her 17th birthday,” they wrote. “Our family is working with the Florida police to solve this crime. Please allow them to do their job and don’t tear anyone down because of your belief someone did this. We have full confidence the person responsible will be caught. If you have information you believe is valuable, then give it to the Florida Police… At this time we don’t know who did this or if the driver was impaired at the time… Our family thanks you all for your Love and support of Ali. We can’t believe she is gone.”
