TikTok influencer Kyndel Grove @KyndelGrove is making the traditional hip again after admitting that she’s never kissed her boyfriend of two years. Grove has gained 138,000 followers with her posts about healthy living, exercise routines, and Christian values. Her video about abstinence has already received almost 8 million views and over 10,000 comments.

Christian Influencer Kyndel Grove Says No Kissing Until Marriage and Hers “Will Be Blessed”
“Before you all call me weird and all that nonsense, because I get that all the time, we’re Christian,” said Grove, while munching on chips and dip. The 24-year-old TikToker said her current partner is her first-ever boyfriend.
“We are saving ourselves for marriage, so we have boundaries,” she continued. “I don’t ever want to kiss anybody unless that’s my husband. Because I feel like that’s a special thing.”
“I just think it’s really cool that we don’t rely on anything physical to keep our relationship going,” Grove elaborated. “And I don’t give a freak what any of you guys say. Because I get hate all the time about it. But the only person I’m pleasing is God, okay? And our marriage will be blessed, let me just say that.”
Grove’s Philosophy Resonates With Some Non-Christians, Too
In a previous video, Grove’s friend was heard in the background trying to tell her that people can have sex if they know they’re going to be married.
“Find it in the Bible,” Grove says repeatedly.
Most of the comments under Grove’s video about not kissing her boyfriend were praising her. Across the board, people who identified with Christianity and as Muslim thought she was admirable for her choice. However, the top comment mocked her and asked if they shook hands when they saw each other.
Grove responded with a video where she and her boyfriend played out the shaking hands scenario.
The Christian influencer also said that she and her boyfriend hug each other despite not kissing.
Kyndel Grove first went viral after she posted a workout video in November where she realized she’d gotten her period. The video has garnered over 28 million views. In a follow-up, she admitted that her “embarrassing” video had paid for her December rent. Grove’s content weaves in her views on Christian values and how she integrates them into her lifestyle as a young woman in her 20s. She often bounces around to some pretty good hip hop beats, although she’s made it clear that none of them are secular after New Year’s.
