Over the weekend, “Dancing with the Stars” pro Val Chmerkovskiy revealed not one, but two team names for his upcoming season with Fifth Harmony singer Normani Kordei.
Initially, the duo decided on Team #ValMani and Kordei shared the news with fans on Instagram.
“#valmani it is ?,” she wrote.

But, after careful consideration and tallying up fans’ votes, they quickly changed the name to Team #BootyandtheBeast.
Chmerkovskiy shared the news of the name change on his own Instagram and posted a sneak peek video of a rehearsal.
“Ok ok… the people have spoken #BootyandtheBeast #dwts it is ?? let’s do this @normanikordei ????,” he shared in a photo of the two.

The team seems like they are nearly ballroom ready in the recent videos posted on social media.
