Are Megan Fox, Machine Gun Kelly Expecting?

Pop culture media and fans are abuzz after last night’s 2022 Billboard Music Awards, where Machine Gun Kelly made a couple of interesting comments – one about his “wife,” Megan Fox, and another in reference to their “unborn child.”

MGK and Fox were in Las Vegas for the awards show, and MGK took to the stage to perform “Twin Flame.” The rapper-turned-punk rocker sparked speculation the engaged pair had already tied the knot.

“I wrote this song for my wife,” he said at the start. Then halfway through, he followed up with, “This is for our unborn child.” He then sang, “Go to sleep / I’ll see you in my dreams / This changes everything / Now I have to set you free,” to the sound of a heartbeat.


MGK and Fox deftly avoided questions from reporters, and reps for the couple didn’t immediately return requests for comment about whether they’re married and/or expecting their first child together.

All MGK said was they’d be celebrating Fox’s 37th birthday at midnight. MGK is 32.

The couple got engaged in January at the Ritz-Carlton Dorado Beach in Puerto Rico.

“And just as in every lifetime before this one, and as in every lifetime that will follow it, I said yes … and then we drank each other’s blood,” Fox wrote on Instagram at the time.

“So, I guess to drink each other’s blood might mislead people or people are imagining us with goblets and we’re like ‘Game of Thrones,’ drinking each other’s blood,” the actress told Glamour magazine.

“It’s just a few drops, but yes, we do consume each other’s blood on occasion for ritual purposes only.”
