Charlie Sheen claims he’s not the only one living with HIV in Hollywood

Charlie Sheen may know one of the biggest secrets in Hollywood.

According to the actor, he knows other celebrities who are also living with HIV, but he’s keeping his lips zipped.

“I know who they are, but I will take that to my grave,” he said on Wednesday’s episode of “The Kyle and Jackie ‘O’ Show” according to The Daily Mail.

Sheen came forward with his diagnosis in 2015 and took some time to talk about the “miracle drug” he is currently taking. Sheen is a part of a clinical trial for PRO-140.

“Here’s the absolute freaking irony — with the miracle drug that I’m on, this PRO-140, I am actually safer than most cats out there that profess to be on the tallest tree,” he said.

Sheen previously made an appearance on KIIS FM and talked about his former “polygamy” lifestyle, which apparently has ended.

“Here’s the joke these days right, a friend of mine says ‘hey man how’s your sex life?’ and I’m like ‘oh it’s just fucking perfect because HIV is such a great pickup line!”
