In a recent episode of The View, Joy Behar appeared to lose it with Whoopi Goldberg. This isn’t a new thing. We reported earlier this week that Behar looks like she has an axe to grind with Whoopi. The Black comedian and moderator didn’t seem interested in what Behar was talking about. Like perhaps the topic was too shallow for her tastes. And that really seemed to set Joy Behar off.

The View’s panel were talking about a bridesmaid pulling out of her role in a wedding. Ana Navarro pointed out that “clearly Whoopi doesn’t care.”
Whoopi’s reactions and body language set off fans of The View. Many commented online about how she was rolling her eyes and deliberately ignoring the conversation.
Neil Patrick Harris Calls Whoopi Goldberg Out
Whoopi has seemed pretty disinterested in The View’s conversations lately. Neil Patrick Harris called her out for being “checked out.”
“Once the Choco Taco conversation started, Whoopi Goldberg checked out,” Neil said, waving his hands emphatically. Whoopi and everyone were cracking up because it seemed pretty obvious. Neil continued to say that people in the back were laughing at her as the cameras kept cutting to show her face.
“It was like something snapped at you,” Neil continued. “You’re like, ‘This is what the show has come to?’”
Sara Haines elaborated on what was captured on film and in-person. “It’s an actor in a scene where you can’t take your eyes off of her and she’s not even talking.” She then looked around and asked the panel if they’ve had a Choco Taco.
All of this is happening after Whoopi made comments in June about the Holocaust. Her remarks were considered racist and tone deaf, with many fans requesting that she be removed from The View. Whoopi’s final stance on the topic has been unclear since; she’s made apologies and then seemingly retracted her viewpoint.
At the same time, it’s been pointed out that Whoopi gets paid more than her cohort Joy Behar. The two may now be involved in a power struggle.
