No. Not exactly.

People reported on Tuesday that actress/singer Kristin Chenoweth and musician Josh Bryant have postponed their wedding plans for now. Unlike the aforementioned couples, it’s unlikely we’ll hear about a secret wedding between Kristin Chenoweth and Josh Bryant anytime soon.

We may not hear about a wedding at all.

Kristin Chenoweth and Josh Bryant started dating in August 2018, per People. The couple reportedly announced their wedding plans in October 2021. Bryant asked her for her hand in marriage while the two were socializing at New York City’s Rainbow Room. They later celebrated the announcement over dinner at Fresco by Scotto, People said.

“I’ve been the runaway bride,” Kristin Chenoweth said in October, according to People.

Her own Broadway credits include You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown; Steel Pier; The Apple Tree; Promises, Promises; and On the Twentieth Century, among other productions.

It isn’t yet clear why Kristin Chenoweth, 53, and Josh Bryant, 39, decided to press pause on the plans.

What has Chenoweth and Bryant been up to?

Kristin Chenoweth was recently featured in a four-part docuseries about the infamous Oklahoma Girl Scout murders. Keeper of Ashes: The Oklahoma Girl Scout Murders aired in late May and sought to document DNA testing attempts as forensic investigators continue to try and solve the gruesome mystery.

In the docuseries, produced by ABC News Studios and available Hulu, Kristin Chenoweth revealed how luck or fate may have saved her life.

Chenoweth explains the memory, “I should have been on that trip, and I had gotten sick. And my mom said, ‘you can’t go,”

“It has stuck with me my whole life. I could have been one of them.”

Josh Bryant plays guitar for Backroad Anthem, a country/rock band from Fayetteville, Arkansas. They formed in October 2012, according to Backroad Anthem’s Facebook page
