“Definitely did not wear a fat suit,” Shannon said Friday on iHeartRadio’s “The Domenick Nati Show.” “I was fat.”

The reality star revealed that she used gastric bypass surgery to jump start her weight loss journey, and after losing the weight, she had plastic surgery to remove excess skin on her neck and arms. She also had a breast lift and a tummy tuck.

“I never had, like, an ideal weight in mind,” she said. Shannon reportedly went from a size 18 to a 4 following her weight loss.

“I’m pretty much happy where I’m at right now,” she added. She even said that she’s been able to keep the weight off “for a couple of months.”

Shannon revealed that now, her confidence is better than ever and she finally feels happy with her body.

“I see myself now as I’ve always seen myself mentally, so for me it’s kind of like everybody’s getting to see my outside body the way I’ve always pictured myself,” she said. “Because when I look back at old pictures, I’ll be like, ‘That’s not me.’”

“Mama June: From Not to Hot” airs at 10 p.m. ET on WE tv.
