Mama June Shannon’s new body came with some hefty bills.

According to PEOPLE, the reality star footed the bill for all of her surgeries. Shannon reportedly dropped from 460 pounds to a size four during her new fitness journey.

“I had to pay, just like everybody else,” Shannon admitted to the Dominic Nati Show, emphasizing that WE tv had nothing to do with getting those bills paid. “[The surgery] was going to happen whether I had them or not.”

Shannon first had a gastric sleeve, then got plastic surgery to remove excess skin, a breast lift and a tummy tuck.

“If you get the skin removal surgery done without anything before, you’re liable to have to spend your money and do it again,” she said.

“I’m definitely not going to have any more,” she added. “I wouldn’t consider them plastic surgery.”

She also addressed a question about whether she would encourage or allow her young daughter to get plastic surgery in the future.

“I do encourage them to lose weight, but they’re teenagers,” Shannon said. “If it would make them confident, then yes, I would recommend the surgery. You have to do your research, definitely, and that’s what got me into the gastric sleeve. That helps you lose as much weight as possible.”

“Mama June: From Not to Hot” airs Fridays at 10 p.m. ET on WE tv.
