It’s probably safe to say that Mama June Shannon wants nothing to do with her ex, Mike “Sugar Bear” Thompson.

After shedding nearly 300 pounds and debuting her new look, Shannon is ready to talk about what made her decide to live a healthier lifestyle. That’s right, she got herself a revenge body.

“I wanted to also show Sugar Bear,” Mama June shared. “He really made me feel like shit [and] I wanted to show him, ‘Hey, I can do [whatever] I want to do’… I wanted to show him, like, I am actually worth it,” she told Entertainment Tonight.

Shannon and Thompson split in September 2014 and when she learned he had moved on to another woman, she decided to get in shape. But, now that’s she lost the weight, Shannon said she hasn’t really thought about what her ex will say about her new figure.

“I don’t know and don’t really care [what he thinks],” she said.

Thompson eventually invited Shannon to his wedding and she admitted that attending it was “awkward.”

Shannon revealed that since their split, Thompson has had almost no contact with their daughter, Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson.

“He has nothing to do with Alana,” she explained. “They don’t see each other at all, they don’t call or anything.”

She even accused Sugar Bear of telling their 11-year-old daughter she should lose some weight.

“[He was saying], ‘It wouldn’t hurt if you lose weight,'” Shannon revealed. “I think that was the most ignorant thing that he ever told her. I would never say that… I mean, he pisses me off.”

“I think after this show, people are asking me what [kind of person he] really is,” she added. “I’d say not Father of the Year material.”

As for her own love life, Shannon said she isn’t looking for a new love now and she’s had a hard time meeting men “that are genuine.”

“I gave it up. It isn’t worth it,” she said. “There’s jerks and douchebags and you never know who is gonna be here for you.”

The finale of “Mama June: From Not To Hot” airs Friday, April 7 at 9 p.m. ET on WEtv.
