On Wednesday, Murgatroyd and her season 24 partner, “The Bachelor” Nick Viall, appeared on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show,” and she dished on her return to dance since giving birth to her son Shai in January.

“I think it’s good for mothers to get back out there and keep doing what they do,” Murgatroyd told the TV host.

“You are a dancer, and so you are in great shape, and you are conditioned to work in all kinds of situations, but aren’t you tired?” DeGeneres asked. “Aren’t you more tired?”

“I am exhausted. To be honest with you, I am so tired. Between feeding every four hours, racing home,” she said, confirming she is still nursing. “I have to tape these things down now. They are big.”

“I can’t imagine,” DeGeneres said. “Do you try to not do bouncy dances?”

Murgatroyd laughed, “Yes! I directly asked for no jive the first week.”

Viall and his new fiancee, Vanessa Grimaldi, also addressed rumors that they are unhappy together since the week since he proposed on the season finale of “The Bachelor.”

The couple was caught looking rather unamused during the taping of “After the Final Rose” which prompted Bachelor Nation to speculate there was trouble in paradise.

“We both went in it wanting to be honest and open,” Grimaldi said. “We are very committed to each other. We love each other, and that’s what we are focusing on.”
