In one of the sickest burns in recent memory, 76-year-old Sylvester Stallone covered a previous tattoo of his wife, Page Six reported Tuesday. He replaced the bicep tattoo with an image of his dog from Rocky, Butkus.
(Speaking of which, Sylvester Stallone plans to show off his pecs in the upcoming pic Samaritan.)
A Stallone rep reportedly told MailOnline that the tattoo procedure didn’t go as planned. Moreover, his wife Jennifer Falvin was not keen of the tattoo.
Stallone changed the design on his right biceps with the Butkus work.
“[He] intended to refresh the tattoo image of his wife Jennifer [Flavin], however the results were unsatisfactory and, unfortunately, unfixable.”
Stallone said recently on MailOnline: “Mr. Stallone intended to refresh the tattoo image of his wife Jennifer, however the results were unsatisfactory and, unfortunately, unfixable.
Page Six noted Tuesday that Flavin is no longer following her husband on Instagram. She recently posted a photo hugging her three daughters, writing, “These girls are my priority [heart emoji] nothing else matters. The 4 of us forever.”
Next Up For Sylvester Stallone
Stallone admitted back in 2019 that he had no rights to the Rocky franchise.
“I have zero ownership of Rocky,” he said. “Every word, every syllable, every grammatical error was all my fault. It was shocking that it never came to be, but I was told, ‘Hey, you got paid, so what are you complaining about?’ I was furious.”
Rocky originally came out in 1976. It won three Oscars, including Best Picture. Stallone is due to appear shortly in Samaritan, a graphic-novel-turned movie that is due Friday on Amazon Prime.
Additionally, Stallone is shooting the new Paramount+ series Tulsa King in Oklahoma City, per Page Six.
