Tarek El Moussa jokes about his fit body and new look wondering, “Is this a mid life crisis?”

Tarek El Moussa is embracing life after marriage and has been busy treating himself! After showing off his revenge body, the “Flip or Flop” star got a fresh new haircut Friday and joked about his recent changes.

“OH NO!!! New #clothing.. New #hairstyle…. #No more sandals!! Half #naked pics!!! Is this a mid life crisis??” he wrote as the caption to a photo on Instagram. “Looking pretty fly for an #old guy!!”

El Moussa has spent the past three years battling both thyroid cancer and testicular cancer, which took a physical toll on him by causing him to drop a significant number of pounds. At the same time, he’s been in the midst of an ongoing divorce from his wife and business partner Christina El Moussa. The two had been married for seven years before announcing their divorce in December. They share two children, daughter Taylor, 6, and son Brayden, 1.

Earlier this week, he shared an update on his journey back to a healthy and fit life.
