This first grade picture day sweater has a family history that you need to check out WRTV

Most kids want the latest and greatest fashions for picture day. But not seven-year-old Brady Gose from Brownsburg, Indiana. He’s now the fifth person in his family to wear a 61-year-old sweater. Three generations of men in his family before him have worn that sweater . Brady’s great-uncle first wore it in 1954. His grandfather wore it four years later, an uncle wore it after that and his dad wore it in 1982 for his first grade photo.

After 33 years of being locked away in storage, the sweater is surprisingly in good condition. Brady wore it to school for his first grade picture day. He says he plans to pass it down to his own children.
