Carrie Underwood isn’t throwing in the towel when it comes to 2016 fitness Instagram/@CarrieUnderwood

When you’re the mother of a 1- year-old, time is precious. Add in all that goes with being Carrie Underwood, and time gets really precious.

So, she has turned into a multi-tasker. Actually, she is starting to become the ultimate multi-tasker.

The country music superstar shed some light on the workout routine she uses to maintain her incredible body via an Instagram video she posted on Jan. 11 of her doing a variety of strength-training exercises.

And wouldn’t you know it, she wasn’t in some fancy gym or with some celebrity trainer. It was just her and a few towels in the hallway of her house!

“Fun body weight stuff with @caliabycarrie towels,” Underwood posted. “If you’ve got towels and a smooth floor surface, you’ve got yourself a workout! No need for tons of equipment or complicated moves. It’s @erinoprea approved!! Now get moving!!!”

And while the exercises seem simple enough for anyone to do, getting those platinum records that she has hanging the walls behind her is going to take a lot more work for the average joe. But heck, if you work hard, the body Underwood has can be yours, too!
