Looking as prim and proper as ever, country music megastar Carrie Underwood stepped onto the famous Grand Ole Opry stage recently to sing her latest hit “Little Toy Guns,” looking like she didn’t have a care in the world.
But she just might have had a secret.
The Oklahoma native’s avid fan base went a little crazy August 17 when it was announced that their favorite country artist would be revealing “some exciting news” on August 20 during a special Facebook chat with her fans via her official Facebook page.
Could it be a new album?
Could it be a new single?
Could it be a new baby?
It looks like we will find out with the rest of y’all. But whatever it is, chances are it’s going to be good news, considering all of the good things currently happening in the life and career of Underwood. Just this past weekend, Underwood took home not one but two Teen Choice awards for both “Choice Country Artist,” as well as “Choice Country Song” for her recent #1 smash, “Little Toy Guns.”
Underwood is also set to return for the third straight season to “Sunday Night Football” come September to sing the theme song “Waiting All Day for Sunday Night” before each telecast.
