You see, Brittany loves animals. Ironically, her husband loves to hunt. So anytime Jason would go out on a hunting trip, his wife would sob.
“Back in the day he would put camouflage on and I knew where he was going obviously. I mean he would be in full-face paint and I would cry,” Brittany recalled during a recent podcast interview for “Hyper Caroline Hobby,” “I would break down in the kitchen and throw a temper tantrum like, ‘Please don’t go. I just know what you’re going to go do, and I just can’t handle it.’”
Though the two seem to disagree when it comes to hunting, they have come to a compromise. Jason no longer brings up his hunting trips to his wife.

“We’ve just come to the point where we just have to agree to disagree because I’m like, ‘I don’t agree with you hunting.’” Brittany exclaimed. “He enjoys it, and it’s something that him and his dad used to do. So it’s just to the point where he doesn’t talk about it. It’s like it doesn’t exist because I’ll go crazy.”
Fun fact: Jason recently put his Tennessee hunting lodge up for sale. So, perhaps he’s taking baby steps toward giving into his wife’s appreciation for wild animals.
