Country music is a family among artists and fans, so when Keith Urban got word that his father had passed away back on Dec. 5, the country music family reached out to him showing its love and sympathy for his loss in a big way.

Now Keith has finally reached back.

Over the Christmas weekend, Urban took to Twitter to check in with his nearly 2.5 million followers. The bright-eyed Aussie extended wishes to his fans for whatever holiday they were celebrating.

Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, Happy Holidays, Happy Kwanzaa, Keith said in his video. I think the only thing he left out might have been Festivus for the rest of us!

Keith looks rested and ready for 2016, and that’s a good thing. Starting in January, he’s set to judge the final season of American Idol and put the final touches on his new album “Ripcord,” which is slated for release sometime in 2016.
