Get well wishes go out to Tanya Tucker, who was recently hospitalized due to complications from bronchitis. The illness has forced her to postpone a planned appearance at the Florida Strawberry Festival this weekend. She is now out of the hospital and grateful for your prayers and concerns.

Tanya plans to reschedule the concert appearance and writes on her Facebook page, “I never want to postpone or cancel a show, however, if I am going to perform for the fans who spent their hard-earned money on a ticket, I want to give them the best performance possible. Right now, I am just not able to do it as I have bronchitis. I look forward to performing and seeing the fans real soon.”
She expects to be back on the road next week.
Tanya did sound quite raspy during her appearance on Bravo’s “Watch What Happens Live” earlier this week. She made a quick appearance to surprise her friend, Loretta Lynn, who was appearing on the show.
News of Tanya’s illness comes just days after we found out her former love, Glen Campbell, has entered the final stages of Alzheimer’s Disease. Thankfully, Tanya did get to say goodbye to him during a recent FaceTime call set up by a Campbell family member.
